Stephanie de la Haye
Currently I am the acting chair of Business Boosters Network CIC, and one of the founders of the organisation as well as a freelance trainer/consultant delivering in mental health & well being.
I also run and chair a mental health charity called SODIT which supports women who suffer with mental health distress, carries out research, and looks into social enterprise.
I am a non executive director of the Richmond Fellowship , a member of the North East Mental Health Reference group. I have been on the local mental health trust board in Sheffield and the chair of the service users and carer’s council. I am also involved in the national service user movement. I have been a trainer for many years delivering courses in food technology, cheese making, mental health awareness, depression & anxiety, information technology to a diverse range of audience such as Rethink, Samaritans, local business, health professionals as well as many others. I have just gained my IFL (Institute for Learning) accreditation in the lifelong learning sector and qualified as a mentor & practice assessor for social work students at the local universities.
I have been awarded a regional award for organising a major mental health conference and for the work I carry out in the community and have been nominated for a national volunteering award.
I am passionate and totally committed to improve the image of mental health and support service users to move on and for fill their potential.

is a motivational trainer with a talent for cultivating potential and facilitating comprehensive development of people in the workplace.
Bernadette has had a range of diverse roles in both the private and public sector. Her various roles in the Fire Service include equality, diversity, Health and Safety and trainer training. She was the Chairperson of the FBU Women’s Advisory Committee and while working in partnership with the Home Office, set up a National Network for women in the Fire Service.
Working closely with national charity MIND she has been instrumental in setting up a Community Interest Company providing training brokerage in mental health. To add to an impressive profile, Bernadette owns and remotely manages a successful retail business.
